1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms, where applicable in these terms and conditions, are used with specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to tk366's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to a person who holds a registered account on tk366.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile and wallet opened in a member's name.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional amounts credited by tk366 that cannot be withdrawn before meeting specified wagering requirements.
• "Wagering" refers to the process of placing bonus funds as bets in eligible games.
• "Business Day" refers to standard banking working days, excluding public holidays.

In these terms, singular words also include the plural, and section headings are for readability only — they do not form part of the legal interpretation.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any betting or casino service on tk366, the applicant must be at least 21 years of age. If a discrepancy is found during age verification, the account will be suspended immediately and the deposited funds may be held.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts — including any bonuses — will be closed. If members of the same household wish to operate separate accounts from the same device or network, it is advisable to notify customer support in advance.

2.3 Registration Details

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be accurate and your own. Registering with false or someone else's details may result in the account being cancelled and all deposited funds being forfeited. Any change in details must be reported to customer support immediately.

2.4 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. tk366 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact customer support.

3 Account Verification

tk366 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Verification may be mandatory particularly when a withdrawal is requested, for large transactions, or when unusual activity is detected.

The following documents may generally be requested for verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. The customer support team will inform you about the verification process after you submit your documents.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on tk366 is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). All deposits must be made from an account in your own name — transactions made through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to the same method and same account used for the deposit. Under normal circumstances, a withdrawal takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. However, this time may increase if verification is pending or additional review is required.

4.3 Fund Security

Member funds are held in a separate account and are not mixed with tk366's operating expenses. All transaction data is protected through SSL encryption.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

No winnings from bonus funds may be withdrawn before the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times. Only bets placed on games approved by tk366 count towards the wagering calculation. Each promotion may have specific game contribution rates — details are stated in the relevant offer description.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

If tk366 detects suspected bonus abuse — such as meeting wagering requirements through low-risk bets, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or coordinated betting patterns — tk366 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and related winnings and to investigate the account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Decisions

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless tk366 cancels it on its own initiative due to a technical error. If betting on an event closes before the event starts, any bet placed after the event has started will be cancelled and the stake returned.

6.2 Odds Changes

Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted — any subsequent change in odds will not apply to previous bets. However, bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a display error may be cancelled at tk366's discretion.

6.3 Casino Games

The game provider's RTP and rules apply to live casino and slot games. If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, the result will be settled according to the game engine's log.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

tk366 reserves the right to set a maximum winnings limit from a single bet in specific game categories or events. Where this limit applies, it will be stated in the relevant game or event description.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk366 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Systematic low-risk betting with the intent of abusing bonuses
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or game errors on the platform
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members
• Using tk366's brand, logo, or any content without permission

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the account being closed without discussion and, if necessary, legal action being taken.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 By tk366

tk366 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, particularly in cases of breach of terms, suspicious activity, or to meet legal obligations. Where possible, the member will be notified before the account is closed; however, in urgent circumstances action may be taken without prior notice.

8.2 By the Member

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. If there are any pending bets or verification processes at the time the request is received, the account will be closed after those are completed and any eligible balance will be returned.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more. In such cases, tk366 will notify the member through their registered contact details.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

tk366's detailed policies on the collection, storage, and processing of members' personal information have been published separately. Our Privacy Policy describes how your information is used, under what circumstances it may be shared with third parties, and what your rights regarding your information are.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are also giving your consent to the Privacy Policy. If you wish to restrict how your information is used, you may submit a request to customer support.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

tk366 endeavours to provide the most reliable service possible. However, tk366 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Internet disconnection or issues with the user's device
• Errors by third-party game providers or payment gateways
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government restrictions
• Inadvertent disclosure of a member's own information or login details

If incorrect odds or incorrect payouts are displayed due to a technical error, tk366 reserves the right to correct or cancel that transaction.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, first contact customer support via 24/7 live chat or email. The customer support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English.

Deadline for raising a dispute: complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

14 Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.
